Pros

Hours, work/life balance, commission earned on most office related work (leases, sales, collections), Regional Manager is always available and genuinely cares about the employees, discount on unit, pretty even workload, independence, office work and outside work so days go quickly

Cons

Sometimes work is repetitive, short-handed often (but RM will find help for sites when needed if you ask), Outside work is sometimes more difficult when extremely hot or extremely cold, hourly wage could be higher for larger sites that have much more work load to handle

Always something different everyday. Never a chance to get bored. Self-direction because there is always something to do. And great people to work with!

Cons

Wish they paid more but commissions help.
