Thank you for your review. The flexibility to manage your own schedule is a benefit many of our Store Managers value, and we're glad to hear you’ve experienced that! We understand your concern regarding policy clarity for clients. If there are specific situations or questions, we encourage you to connect with your Regional Manager for clarification and support.

Pros

Great way to network, meeting new people daily, great RRSP company contribution.

Cons

No training on use of dangerous equipment required to complete almost daily task. No recognition for over and above customer service. Micromanagement is INSANE. No scheduled breaks/lunch

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the people and appreciated the RRSP match! Regarding lunch breaks in Canada, employees can choose to clock out and leave the office or remain on-site and eat while staying available to assist customers if needed. Training is conducted on-site before responsibility is given, and tasks like lock cutting always involve at least two employees. If someone is uncomfortable, we encourage team members to connect with their Regional Manager—safety and support are always top priorities.

Pros

I have met some really amazing lifelong friends through working at this company.

Cons

expect days off to be 7 or more days apart and only ONE day, second day would be another 7 or more days off, unless youre lucky enough to have the full weekend off, understaffed so plan to work every weekend at least one of the days. work load doesnt match pay rate.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us - we’re thrilled to hear that you’ve made some amazing friendships here! To clarify, our full-time scheduling is based on a 40-hour work week, which typically includes two days off. Please note that these days off may not always be consecutive, depending on operational needs. Regarding breaks, while lunch breaks are not mandatory at our Canada locations, team members are welcome to clock out for lunch if they choose to do so.
