For context, we’re unable to enter rental units unless a concern is reported or the unit is vacated, which can limit our ability to catch issues proactively. Once identified, our Store Managers address the situation promptly using provided proper personal protective equipment and cleaning products to ensure it’s resolved safely and thoroughly.
