Upper management specializes in nepotism, being unwelcoming and threatening their employees with violence and they all still have their jobs.

Cons

-Business practices feel a little shady at times but the storage industry can be like that -Demanding customers -Training videos/documents are not up to date, and neither is the handbook -Physically demanding from time to time
