The worst job experience I've had.

Cons

Horrible Upper management. No structure . No thinking about the employees or what they do for the company. Very much a dictatorship from upper management. Fake environment. Never got an honest answer ever and had to wait a long time for an answer. Everything always in review. Who ever decided that this guy Zach was a great pick to run both buildings is an idiot. Always needed help in both buildings never got compensated for being flexible and doing twice the work. Rarely got any help with the amount of crap piled onto the employees plate every work day . Never hired more FTE always had Temps that would come for a day and leave . Overall a horrible experience and I hope it changes for the better for the employees who actually work.

Laid off with 70+ people with a zoom call that was scheduled 8 hours before. Didn’t lay off by seniority or performance.
