High stress, exploitative "leadership" that expects much self sacrifice for the good of the company, can be difficult to balance work with family life, often called in after hours and on holidays and weekends, lack of career progression and mobility, hard to get a raise even with positive performance reviews, lack of team culture, unrealistic project deadlines and resource allocation
