Pros
I have to admit, I enjoyed the interview process with STORD. There were several interviews and a skills assessment for the position to which I applied. Moving successfully from one stage to another and passing the assessment was very gratifying and solidified my interest in the company. Talking to the team members at STORD was exciting as I got to understand that the employees were like minded and friendly and it gave me insight into the company culture and values, which were in alignment with my own. As someone who also interviewed with Amazon and had to become familiar with their many LPs, I experienced quite a few similarities with the interview process. The CEO is quite impressive and passionate about his organization, and I could feel his passion radiating through the interview process, which was very appealing. In addition, the leaders I interviewed with were friendly and made me confident that they would invest in my career goals just as much as they want me to invest in the company's objectives, which was one of my main points of concern. They promised me professional growth and so far have been fulfilling that commitment! I am very proud to be part of this organization!
