- Sometimes long hours (Growing really fast, but the work is exciting, so it's actually pretty fun working with everyone for long periods. However, if you're looking for a 9-5 with minimal effort required, this is not the company for it.) - Since STORD is a high-growth company and is growing extremely quickly, there are not always specific procedures or playbooks in place for unique issues that might come up; you have to figure out the best way to handle these new situations. Not really a problem since everyone is super communicative and accessible, but worth noting if you're someone who needs a very structured framework of working.
