Hello, thank you for your response. We are glad you enjoyed our environment and our hours. We have not outsourced our roles, we have about 100 employees working out of our Scottsdale office and are growing strong. This is a cold calling role so with that, there will always be a lot of voicemails. We do take our leads extremely seriously and are always reviewing them to provide better leads.

Some of the lower-level people that work there are pretty nice and that's about it Some promotions came from inside the company occasionally

Cons

Constant micromanaging, even if you're hitting your goals. Egotistical management team Self-absorbed CEO has a monthly all hands meeting to brag about his personal purchases like a new car or house addition. Very little stability, you'll have a new manager every 2-3 months who expects your calls to be done with a completely different strategy than your previous manager. Insane turnover rate, they fire people faster than they hire them and any inconvenience or mistake is a firable offense regardless of severity

Hello, thanks for your review. We do promote regularly every single month with Sales Development Reps being promoted into Sales Reps if they have successfully completed our Fast Track program. On average we have 4-6 people promoted every quarter. Our management team is very stable as they were promoted from within with most managers being in the role for 3 years minimum.
