You’re going to get fired most likely 85 % chance.

StormWind Studios Response

Our turnover rate is actually pretty low for a cold-calling sales role. We fully understand this position is a grind and not for everyone. Since we promote from within each quarter, a lot of people do succeed and move on to the Account Executive role.
