Everything about this place is not professional and have you harassing people on the phone is not legal. When there telling you quit calling! They want you to turn every no into a yes even when there not qualified. And managers talking behind your back. Most of them are full of themselves. The company is deceitful.

This is a cold-calling sales position, nothing about that fact is hidden. We are not harassing businesses. We pay for our leads and with that can come error but we do our best to fix those issues when brought to our attention as we are truly looking to team up with the IT departments to be of benefit to them. Our management team are some of the best, caring people. They want you to succeed. Having a positive attitude that is wanting to learn and grow is how you flourish in our environment.

co-workers are super great and welcoming

Cons

Management gives a false sense of security saying they'll help you if you're struggling but it's not always the case. There's no 90 day assessment, you can get let go at anytime. Not a lot of money to be made until maybe when you get into sales but its a very limited spot/club.

Pros

If you work in a department that actually builds the product, as in the actual IT and education side then it’s really rewarding mostly. Some big egos from some of the experts, but some of the nicest people you’ve ever met who really care. Many who actually care about growing juniors. It can even get close to feeling like a small family.

Cons

Product development team is hidden in the back corner like nerds. Yikes if you work outside of that small team. Infighting is embarrassing and has a used car salesman vibe. Lots of goatees and too tight button downs. Big fake watches and big fake egos. Blame game is WILD at this place back in the day. All meetings are only about sales. Optics of nepotism as well whether it’s real or not.

We do have a really awesome team of people who do truly care, like you mentioned above. Also, our Production/ Operations team are also really great and super talented. We are a sales organization with 90 of our 150 employees directly involved in the sales process. It is high pressure and high stress but it is a healthy competitive environment.
