Pros
I have been at StormWind for only two months and it has truly transformed my life. I am in the Client Amazement department and I am blessed with a fantastic team and manager who not only listens to our suggestions and ideas but is adamant on pushing us toward our full potential. The leadership team here makes it their top priority to challenge their team, bring out the best in you and help you reach the TOP. Never have I been more challenged and felt such drastic character growth in such a short amount of time - and who is to thank for this? The company I work for. I didn't expect my leaders to care about my life outside of the office, after all...how many companies have you worked for where the Chief Executives recall your 6 month old's name, or check in with you on the status of your goals. If that's not fantastic enough, their doors are always open for advice, guidance, or just to chat. The company knows how to have FUN. In the short time I have been here, there have been Charity Drives, BBQ's in the parking lot starring our CEO as the head chef, Thirsty Thursdays, Cereal Parties, Potlucks, Contests Contests Contests....we basically find any reason to celebrate. PS: Thank you for the Mother's Day rose and Starbucks card :) Extra Extra: * Beautiful office & location * Unlimited soda, coffee, snacks and music * Full Benefits & 401K * Prayer Group offered on Friday * No micro-management * Executive Offices are always open * Great work/life balance * Everyone here has charisma, the people here are the heart * Family Friendly Office * Happy Hours * Transparency within the company * Challenging in the best way possible
Cons
Is it bad that I can't really think of anything? This company is for people who are looking to be challenged, looking to grow in character and explore their inner potential. This company is for people who are constantly striving to reach the top and better themselves both intellectually and professionally. Is this a con? Not necessarily - however, StormWind isn't the ideal environment for those who enjoy complacency.
