Pros

I have only worked at StormWind a few months but it's one of the best decisions you can make. Once hired, this company takes you under its wing to make sure you succeed. No matter what position you're in, the leadership team will make a concerted effort to make you the best at whatever you do.

Cons

Hopefully you're an early bird, if not that will quickly change as StormWind wants you in at 6:30 A.M. at the latest (a lot of our clients are on the east coast). On the plus side, Management notices when you get in early and there have been rewards based on it. $$

Thanks for the feedback. Yup, 6-6:30 is really early...challenging to get used to but there is a"little gremlin" of success who only lives in that (ridiculously) early world. Careers are made and big dollars are conquered in hunting down that elusive gremlin since so many folks won't have the heart and discipline to do it. Thanks for doing what you do and leading the way. It WILL make a difference in your career and your life!

Pros

StormWind has been a driving force in the turn around I've had in my life in not only my professional but personal life. The companies management and directors help you grow and give you the tools to be successful not only in sales and business, but tools to be a leader in life outside of the scope of business.

Cons

During Arizona's Pacific Time Zone hours, waking up at 4:30 is kind of rough but that is nothing the company can control. So no cons on my end. Its literally been a great ride with a great culture.

Pros

Working at StormWind has been a breath of fresh air. It is a company that will accept you for your talents, make an effort to understand your learning style and help you grow in your professional and personal life. They have strong family values and encourage employees to always be working toward their goals.

Cons

Be prepared to have management want to know what makes you tick and who you are outside of work. You will run into the CEO on a regular basis, and he will know you by name and ask you what’s new in your life. Some people like this type of environment but others might not. It is part of the unique culture here.
