Where to begin?? "It's Definitely not for everyone!" but It sure is for me!! I've worked a lot of places, and this is by far the best chapter in my life so far. Professionally and personally.

Pros

StormWind is an excellent firm for the "newby" to learn the fundamentals of good business practices. For the seasoned pro StormWind offers a great opportunity to seize the moment and build the future you want. All in all a great experience.

Cons

StormWind is a growing firm with all that implies. I would say that StormWind is in the middle phase of the entrepreneurial curve. Upper management is very talented, and staff admin is extremely dedicated and professional. The only weakness, and it is being addressed - and is to be expected in a quickly expanding company - is junior sales management. Junior sales management is being rapidly mentored towards a goal of taking on more responsibility. That said, there are specific cases of sales management that need to be redirected into other areas within StormWind.
