Pros
Everybody in the company is wonderful! They're really particular about who they hire, and every employee has something amazing to contribute to the company. You'll always have a friend at Stormwind. It's not the easiest place to work, simply because of the nature of Stormwind and its product, but you'll find that you always have a safety net as long as you are always putting forth your best effort. The managers are supportive and understanding because they've been where you are! Every month, there is a creative and fun contest that runs all month long. These often include games, dress-up days, food, cash, and plenty of other fabulous prizes! The leadership in the company care about each of us, and you can have a normal conversation with any of them. No need to be afraid of interfacing with your boss at Stormwind! If you have a problem, you can feel comfortable talking about it anyone in leadership. I could say more, but I guess what I'll conclude with is that it's easy to sell a product you believe in. I believe in Stormwind's product. It is the best IT training money can buy, and it won't make you go bankrupt! Everyone at Stormwind believes in Stormwind, which makes it such an incredible place to work.
Cons
Stormwind excels at bringing out the best in people, but sometimes, as far as the sales side of the company is concerned, only the ones shining brightest are the ones who are noticed. It's easy to slip through the cracks if your revenue or productivity isn't outstandingly good or bad, and the managers are so busy that it can be pretty difficult to get the help you need to improve.
