1. Lack of Accountability – HR has not followed up on my concerns, making it seem like they are dismissing the issue. 2. Toxic Work Culture – Instead of addressing the problem constructively, the workplace encourages blame and defensiveness. 3. Poor Communication – There is no clear guidance or resolution, leaving you feeling unsupported. 4. Lack of Professionalism – Handling sensitive discussions in public and failing to provide proper feedback creates a negative work environment. 5. Unresolved Issues – Without action from leadership, the same problems are likely to continue affecting others.

lovely residents on the assisted living side, lots of free time

Cons

High turnover rate, threats and ultimatums by management, no safety for caregivers set up for violent residents in memory care, can't get rid of urine smells from the furniture
