Great staff that has big hearts and really cares for our residents and their families .

Cons

It's so easy to get attached to the residents and their families and when it's their time to leave us they take part of our hearts with them

This company is so great to work for. This is truly is an employee first company. Benefits are awesome and the culture is really more like a family. The StoryPoint brand is growing and you are always working with people who love what they do.

Cons

Changes happens a lot with his company. If you do not like change this company may be a little challenging for you. We are a growing company and some kinks need to be worked out with project management but overall it's a good thing to be growing.

Pros

Employee first company, 1440 service for residents and employees, this company has a huge heart and also runs a great business. Can't say enough about the employees who work here and the leadership. While we are not perfect, we are striving to get there. I have total confidence that we will not only lead the industry in senior housing but we will also change the way business is done specifically around the relationship a company has with the people they work with. This company gets it! If you take care of your people, your customers will be taken care of.

Cons

High service and growth aspirations means lots of change which if you can't keep pace with you will be left behind.
