-The staff is great and everyone cares about each other -Management is very understanding when it comes to needing days off or in case of family emergency -There are events throughout the year that the staff is encouraged to come to and bring their friends and family -You are able to make great connections with all of the residents

Cons

For certain positions you are unable to meet and connect with residents who are not in your area, such as memory care and assisted living residents.

I have worked for StoryPoint for 6 years now, I STILL feel like I've won the job lotto! The dedication i put in is 100% reciprocated! We are certainly a different and better kind of community! I feel like we are pioneers in breaking the stereotype of Senior Living communities...our residents are vibrant, engaged, happy and FUN! They are a joy to work with/for! Our team gives 1440 to them EVERY DAY! 1440 is our Motto, it means to to provide the best possible experience to every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day (and there are 1440 minutes each day). Also the company believes in growing their people and promoting from within! And we're growing! This is a place where the only ceiling to your career is determined by you!

Cons

If you are a do the minimum and skate by minded person,we may not be the best fit for you. We are always on the Constant Pursuit of Better...minimum for us is more than for most.

We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and I am blessed to be working with an amazing team. Our residents are happy and extremely cared for! We have a waitlist miles long for prospects that want to move into our beautiful community. Just a great place to work everyday!
