Pros

This company is intentional with bringing employees together to understand the bigger picture. They provide opportunities for growth and challenge employees to see their full potential. They also GIVE BACK and reward teams for going above and beyond.

Cons

It’s hard to identify any when it’s such an amazing company. We all have areas for improvement, if we didn’t we wouldn’t grow and improve, right? We are still streamlining and integrating systems so I’d say that’s our primary opportunity

Pros

I do not consider this a job. I consider this my passion. Prior to starting with StoryPoint I worked for another group for 5 years and can honestly say that I never felt appreciated or heard. At StoryPoint it has been the opposite. The home office knows who we are. They ask us for our feedback because they truly want to know how they can improve. The opportunity for advancement is there. You just have to show that you have the dedication and drive to advance and the sky is the limit. SP is an employee first company. That initially took me some time to wrap my head around because I have never heard of anyone who puts their employees fist. Pouring into the team motivates the team to pour into the residents. It actually works!!

Cons

The benefits- we have a lot of benefits available however they are not the best. For instance our medical insurance not only is a high deductible but also a high coinsurance. The highest dental plan benefits are not desirable.
