Actively growing company -opportunities for advancement Extremely organized-they know how to run a community-from the top down-supportive-always willing to listen to ideas and give feedback to improve the community. The President, VP, Marketing Teams all want to help you succeed and achieve your goals and are willing to help you do so

Cons

As with any sales role, there is always pressure to meet/exceed goals-I wouldn't even call it a "Con" its just part of the job. If I had to find a Con-the only one I can think of is not having a 401k match-for such a large, growing company-it seems odd not to have these days
