Company Leaders are very experienced and have a great outlook and a unique way of thinking. You're always encouraged to find optimized solutions to problems and they have a great outlook towards learning and adopting new tech. There are a ton of opportunities and there is no stopping you from innovating and coming up with solutions. They have a great mix of technologies and don't confine themselves to just a handful of solutions.

Not many cons. Some people may find the projects a little complicated but that depends on the individual. Nothing that a company can do about it.
