      Pros

      An excellent company genuinely working hard at supporting its customers. As an employee I find the pay is good with room to grow, benefits are excellent and culture is warm and personal.

      Pros

      StraCon is a excellent company, the team down in Texas is awesome, they have answered all my questions. I really feel they try to look after their own, and if there is room to grow they will work with you to see it happen.

      Cons

      As a contractor, a lot of the issues do not come from StraCon but actually the client you are servicing. Which is said because that alone can persuade some ones judgment. Ive see a few people walk away from their position because the clients are bad.
