Pros

I love the environment. It's very homey. Most of my coworkers and customers are very friendly and it makes the days truly pleasant and worth it. My schedules are also very flexible. My boss always works with me and never forgets that I am in school.

Cons

The work is very overwhelming and it lately I have been dreading to go. For the pay, the expectations for one person is just not reasonable and nobody seems to understand that... Which is disappointing.

Pros

Not much at all, Horrible coo and president. Little execution on how to manage and treat the employees. Far more focus on bottom line and profits. (I understand the focus, they dishonesty and underhanded part needs to go) Verbale diahrea If your from A and P or Jewl (two failed companies under their leadership) you don't understand profits or retail execution.

Cons

All of it . Look up at the previous comment, I could keep going. -lack of training and development Empty promises - Ken promised 5 stores a year ( Ken your at negative 1 buddy) Part of their Corp council, how is it possible to have ideas when your executive management team has all the answers?? Answers include (cut labor, cut inventory, raise prices, ...TELL everyone that it's not happening.. ladies and gentlemen that is called liquidating a company for your bottom line and EBITA so the man running the ship looks like a rock star for a few years until the cash stops flowing and they move to another greedy company that would also like to see the same results... (their own pocket books) Please see examples such as A and P and Jewl.
