Love my Strack family, but...

Pros

I love the environment. It's very homey. Most of my coworkers and customers are very friendly and it makes the days truly pleasant and worth it. My schedules are also very flexible. My boss always works with me and never forgets that I am in school.

Cons

The work is very overwhelming and it lately I have been dreading to go. For the pay, the expectations for one person is just not reasonable and nobody seems to understand that... Which is disappointing.

Pros

Hopefully there are enough (smart) people left to turn the ship around...especially the nasty Ultra Food stores.

Cons

Many strategic moves were done at the last minute and seemed ENTIRELY focused from Diehl's impulsive whims. His henchmen would constantly ask "how high should we jump Boss"? Vendors hated him, management was scared of him and he never seemed very sincere (even during his morning greetings at everyone's office). He never really cared. Let's hope Strack's silver spoon is set aside and he focuses on key strategic issues?
