Pros
What I like the most about working for Strada is the people and the opportunities. Since the very beginning I have worked mostly from home and not only I have always been able to work with very smart and talented individuals, but I have always been able to find the help I needed. In addition, I am lucky to say that I can call many colleagues today also friends (and many of them I have never met them face to face!). The other aspect that has always fascinated me about this company is the internal career progression. At a personal level and after two years working for the one team, I was able to change my role and team following my various passions. I am happy to be a Stradian!
Cons
In every company there are advantages and disadvantages and if I were to remark one at Strada is the fact that we are constantly going through change which can be difficult at times.
