Pros

There is room for advancement to other departments however most departments have bad leadership and put alot of pressure to do more and more.

Cons

The office as a whole has bad, unprofessional and self-centered leadership. The culture is very poor as well and you will be working alongside low character people due to high turnover. You will be required to work mandator overtime for up to 2 weeks at a time. The training is subpar as well.

Cons

Internal promotions may happen once in a year that too solely based on your interview performance. If you are a growth oriented person, please go elsewhere. Annually hike and bonuse amounts are too low.
