      Good culture but lackluster employee benefits

      Pros

      Good people around to work with. Once a month RTO.

      Cons

      ELT Unstable. Low to zero annual bonus and merit increase. Employee benefits are basic. You need to pay for dependent HMO. Engagement programs are meh.
