They will work with your personal life. HR is truly unbiased. Room for growth if interested.

Cons

Tries to con you into doing extra work without compensation with blanket job descriptions. No appreciation whatsoever. No matter how many issues the actual company has, they will try to overshadow with petty staff issues.
