You get the opportunity and autonomy to lead new project ideas, take the initiative to take responsibility and fulfill them. Interesting challenges to solve.It doesn't feel monotonous to do your work coz there is challenges to work on almost every day.Small work team is lively, go for lunches together.

Cons

Sometimes too chaotic. Work force keeps changing often.

Innovation is at its core. Almost all of the work in Analytics is delivered using home grown repeatable accelerators and products. Extremely committed and intelligent teams.

Cons

Its difficult for average and below performers to catch up with rest of the team. Some of the leadership team are very demanding of their teams as well as others.
