1. To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. 2. I proudly say that StratApps is one of the best development company in Hyderabad. I started my carrier as a fresher in this company. They will give the opportunity to work on complex issues. So now i am very happy to say that i gained more technical and logical skills. Place i go everyday to learn something new and create something powerful. 3. Work depends on basis of your project... Overall work culture is good.. 4. The place little conjested but they managed it pretty well. Great place for freshers to work. it's a nice step to start with. 4. Friendly nature, no pressure until you are good at work and until you can manage your work if this was not done in a time then its impact on your carrer its not in the one company in all the companies this will happen.
