Challenging new projects, sometimes chaotic but Cheer lively teamwork doesn't make it stressful

You get the opportunity and autonomy to lead new project ideas, take the initiative to take responsibility and fulfill them. Interesting challenges to solve.It doesn't feel monotonous to do your work coz there is challenges to work on almost every day.Small work team is lively, go for lunches together.

Cons

Sometimes too chaotic. Work force keeps changing often.
