Opportunity to learn new things and friendly management. If the company business is good, you will get good hike and bonus.

Cons

It has only one client at offshore and company business depends on that client only. But overall good place to learn and explore new things.

This organization is for people who want to have short term contracts. Negotiate, work and ditch them before they do.

Cons

No vision. Pathetic management and HR department. Poor infrastructure. Amazing ambiance makes you feel like you are working from a cyber cafe. No proper guidelines to associates or team. They are dependent on a single client and all the employees are prone to layoffs.
