Professional Organization with a Family-feel Work Environment

Pros

Values are clearly stated everywhere and reinforced with every interaction between employees, business partners, and the schools, students, and faculty. I have yet to interact with anyone who is spiteful or mean. Everyone has long tenure and genuinely enjoys working for the company. Management team is very friendly and positive towards all employees. They make you feel appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the opportunities I have and how involved I get to be.

Cons

A bit vague on pay/time structure when on-boarding.

Disorganized and unwilling to change old ways

Pay on time, management is always there to answer questions.

Cons

Management is unwilling to change their outdated, disorganized methodologies. The mindset of the leadership may need to adapt its methods so that it can retain talent and rise above other entities that do not adjust.
