The upper management is understanding and focused on the betterment of the company, great incentives, great pay, room for growth and great atmosphere.

Cons

This doesn't weigh on the company, but I live too far away.

Working remotely would be good if there was proper support for the employees.

Cons

The company wasn't ready to have the employees work from home. The first few months it started was so chaotic. No support was given and you have to resolve issues on your own.

Yes, this past year has been a challenge with so many companies supporting employees offsite during the Pandemic. I can say that StrataTech has been very supportive while keeping employees safety in mind at the workplace, and providing appropriate support to our employees who have worked remotely.
