They allowed remote working for employees.

Cons

The management isn't doing a good job when it comes to boosting employee communication. There are a lot of gaps in communication that make the job tough for employees. Even the building was not very updated.

Thank You for your comments; I am not quite certain when you departed the Company, however, StrataTech continues to improve and boost employee communication by many different vehicles, All User Emails, Newsletters, All Staff Meetings also known as Town-halls, and our effort to build an employee engagement committee. Management is also looking to partner with All Employees in order to align communication.

The management is low when it comes to implementing changes. People have tk highlight the same issue over and over againd for months before the management takes any action. It was frustrating to continue to work for such people
