Professional Organization with a Family-feel Work Environment

Pros

Values are clearly stated everywhere and reinforced with every interaction between employees, business partners, and the schools, students, and faculty. I have yet to interact with anyone who is spiteful or mean. Everyone has long tenure and genuinely enjoys working for the company. Management team is very friendly and positive towards all employees. They make you feel appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the opportunities I have and how involved I get to be.

Cons

A bit vague on pay/time structure when on-boarding.

The upper management is understanding and focused on the betterment of the company, great incentives, great pay, room for growth and great atmosphere.

Cons

This doesn't weigh on the company, but I live too far away.
