Pros

Upper management understands and is committed to improving the organization. I enjoy the incentives, competitive salaries, and opportunities. It's been a wonderful and enjoyable experience working here.

Cons

This has no impact on the company, but I live too far away, therefore the travel time is quite long.

Great Pay, Flexible Hours, Great Management and many other perks to working at Stratatech Education Group.

Cons

I live to far from the corporate office, but this is a con based off of my circumstances, not the companies. I can't think of a con related directly to the company.

Pay on time, management is always there to answer questions.

Cons

Management is unwilling to change their outdated, disorganized methodologies. The mindset of the leadership may need to adapt its methods so that it can retain talent and rise above other entities that do not adjust.
