6yWe have had a year of rapid change for sure. COVID-19 forced us to quickly adapt to a new learning model to keep our staff, faculty and students safe. We learned how flexible and resilient our team was, and how much they cared to help our students become the essential workers that their communities need. It was not always perfect, but the best we could do with a rapidly changing landscape. We are proud that during these uncertain times we looked for input for problem solving from multiple levels in the organization. We have had a reporting tool for years, but in the midst of all this change we rolled out a replacement anonymous reporting tool that has been used frequently so that we can get feedback from employees and students.
