Pros

This company has given me many great opportunities to both learn and grow. We work hard and play hard at this company. Many of us band together to make the work environment fun and exciting. I have never worked for a company where I knew the CEO individually and personally cared about me and my success. In most organizations you are just a number, but that isn't the case at StrataTech. If you are a motivated person who wants to be challenged and pushed beyond your comfort zone to truly experience growth, this is the place to be. The return on your investment of hard work, dedication, and time will be bountiful. I promise you, you can't go wrong with StrataTech.

They can be very mean.

Pros

Not all are bad, a few people can treat you fairly and treat you with respect.

Cons

The staff and managers here can be very mean. If they don't approve of you or if you did something they don't like, they will treat you badly and say mean things to you.

A core value of StrataTech is respect. It sounds as though your perception of StrataTech does not align with this value. I can assure you, this is not the norm within our organization. Therefore, if you've had an experience where somebody has not treated you with the respect we all deserve, I encourage you to speak with Human Resources. At StrataTech, our desire is to have happy, engaged employees.

Pros

It is an excellent organization with strong leadership, a commitment to doing the right thing, and a dedication to always putting the student first.

Cons

I cannot wait until the next Retreat to celebrate all of the hard work and accomplishments of the school leaders and award winners.
