Pros

Good interaction with the coworkers.

Cons

Extremely unorganized and lack of communication, which makes completing tasks challenging and sometimes very difficult. This seems to stem from a lack of overall organization, training and knowledge in upper management. Has a lot to be desired due to its current structure and lack of leadership.

In order to thrive in this environment, one must have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. In an effort to address this, management continually communicates with all staff to ensure success of our employees and organization. If you actually get to do something right and fits well with the management, you get acknowledge for that.

Cons

It's harsh working place. If you did something that doesn't fit well with the management, or a little error or some kind of misunderstanding, you will be treated badly and harsh words will be thrown at you.

That said, one may feel we are being harsh, when in reality, we are holding them accountable. This is what leads to excellence in our organization.
