A bit unorganized and chaotic

Pros

Greta benefits; energetic and enthusiastic management which gives off positive vibes.

Cons

Since this is a growing company, there are a lot of room for improvement in terms of processes and communication. Without a proper system, work can be chaotic and unorganized. Miscommunication happens and errors are inevitable. Sometimes efforts are being wasted due to need for rework because of misinformation. It can be frustrating.

StrataTech is a growing organization with a lot of moving parts. We move fast and will continue to do so. As a result, processes will be revised accordingly. No opportunity for overtime.

Improve processes and maintenance

Pros

There are lots of opportunities. Upper management is open, transparent, and accessible.

Cons

Things were a bit disorganized; ownership of tasks between teams, general follow-up and communication. Terrible maintenance made all jobs in the office more challenging and the processes they have in place need improvement.
