Benefits, coworkers, and the pay isn't bad! Everyone is willing to answer questions and help as needed. Not micromanaged!! PTO accrual is decent for new hires, paid holidays, and 10 flex days to work from home a year is nice. The CEO seems really nice and surprisingly actually speaks to the employees!

Cons

Abt the only thing I could really complain about would be the fact the company doesn't offer an annual bonus incentive! Maybe that will change soon!! :)

Great work environment and people. You are treated with respect and know what is expected of you. You are given the tools needed to be successful at your job and opportunities for promotion. The company is very communicative, honest and transparent. They really do have what I call an open-door policy.
