Pros

The benefits are good. After 3 years got 3 weeks of paid vacation. 401k matching up to 5% and the general medical, dental, vision, and gym membership assistance.

Cons

Working hours are bad. Far too often is Saturday, and OT work forced on workers for issues that continuously occur, and no changes are made from upper management to prevent OT and Saturdays.
