The insurance benefits were good and copays were decent compared to other companies.

Cons

Stressful work environment, micromanaged, very rare for employees to be promoted. Good for experience and then move on to a company who cares. Upper management will lie and tell you what you want to head to get you in the door. Believe nothing they say and expect minimal raises.
