Give you a chance when unproven Laid Back Working Enviornment

Cons

Won't come off money unless it will make them money Takes long time to get changes implemented when they finally are approved Severely hindered by their parent company

Very relaxed and more team-orientated than meets the eye. The supervisors and team are very good people to work for.

Cons

Some of the supervisors were too lenient and let people get away with anything. Lack of job advancement.

Great benefits. Will pay for a gym membership as part of the company wellness program. Friendly managers. Free work boots. Not very stressful.

Cons

Very few full time employees. Stratas uses a lot of temp labor.
