Micro-managed, no opportunity for growth, long-term outlook for company is poor with recent acquisition being a proven loser, upper management doesn’t care about their employees, gossip runs rampant in cubicle atmosphere, high turnover rate for everyone not in upper management

You can get as much overtime as you want.

Cons

Overtime is often mandatory and Saturdays are included. Schedule changes weekly, sometimes mid week. Management is incompetent
