Company takes time to invest in staff. I have seen new employees come on board with varying skill levels. Whether they were entry level or have previous recruiting experience, SEP offers a unique perspective/training model to help everyone develop. They have a close knit environment, full of driven professionals

Cons

It's a job that requires a lot of organization and self discipline. The job will differ from day to day, which can be challenging for some people.

Workdays are long and it’s expected you’ll work early and stay late. Low pay and lower commission.
