- Everyone in the company is so friendly, there are literally no exceptions - Upper management genuinely cares about your well being, every employee is treated like family - Hard work is appreciated and with that comes a lot of opportunities for growth within the company - Can go to anyone for help and advice, I've never felt uncomfortable voicing a concern about anything and feel very well supported!

Cons

It's a sales job and with that comes a lot of ups and downs number wise. If you get easily unmotivated or wanna quit when things get hard, this probably isn't the right industry for you
