Extreme micro managers. Limited upward mobility as an organization. Minimal market segmentation from other providers other than half the price. It will be interesting to see how long that continues as others continue to grow.
Great first job out of college, drink the kool aid until something else comes along. Constantly hiring new reps for a reason.
