Management from corporate is poor and inconsistent. No follow thru. Bad communication.

Pros

I like the fact that are just coming up with new ideas that employees to have fun like they do gift cards if we go without any injuries for a certain times and there cook just to name a few things. I like the fact they introduce they will match your retirement up to 3 percent. Paid vacation and sick time.

Cons

There is so much cons about this company its hard to say anything a whole lot that is positive. My greatest complaint about this company is that they do not keep wedges competive and no growth for people who start off from the ground up. This hurts employees because with the raising cost of living hurts employees and 2 percent yearly raises does very little to help.
